We discuss your goals, injuries, lifestyle and any medical considerations. No embarrassing tests. No pressure. Just practical advice on how to move safely and build strength after 50. It’s private, supportive and completely obligation-free.

No joining fees, no long-term lock-ins and no hidden costs. You only pay for the sessions you plan to use. If you’re away or unwell, we simply reschedule. It’s a fair system designed for real life.

Studio sessions start from $45 for 30 minutes and $75 for one hour. Mobile training varies by suburb. We focus on value, safety and expertise — not backyard cash trainers who compromise your wellbeing.

We service over 2000 suburbs Australia-wide. Train at home, in a park or in one of our 100% private studios. We bring all equipment — you just need a small space and a willingness to improve.
