When you train with us it’s 100% private – just you and your Personal Trainer in your own reserved training room. Our trainers will have you looking and feeling your best with sessions that are 100% focused on you. Our private studio is nothing like a regular Gym. Your Personal Trainer will have all equipment ready for your session, all you need to worry about is turning up. We cater to all ages, injuries and abilities. You’ll never be too old or too unfit to make a start with our Trainers.
If one on one sessions aren’t your style or don’t fit your budget, why not bring your friend or a family member? You’ll still get plenty of personal attention in the class. Personal Trainers can even work around most injuries as the classes are small and we’ll be able to give you plenty of options for exercises. Our group training classes are suited to all fitness levels, ages and abilities.

Unlike most gyms or studios, our personal training sessions are completely private. We've got separate PT rooms for each client, creating an atmosphere that give you the vibe of a physio practice. It's all about providing you with a judgment-free environment, so you can have an exceptional workout experience while staying focused on your fitness goals. No distractions, simply a space space dedicated solely to YOU and your progress.

Zero. In the studio we have three separate private Personal Training rooms so other clients and Personal Trainers will be in different rooms to you. There will be literally no one but yourself and your Personal Trainer in your training room during your session. Even ladies only centres aren’t as private and personal as our Studios. As with a one-on-one meeting in any other profession, we believe your privacy is important.
Unlike a Gym, you will not have strangers within earshot or facing you on another machine, and you certainly won’t have to wait for equipment. So if you’re uncomfortable about exercising in front of people there is nothing to worry about because your Personal Trainer is a professional who has trained all shapes, sizes and ages of people before.

There’s no point training six days a week only to burn out a couple off months later and put the weight back on. One or two Personal Training sessions a week, a couple of walks a week on your own, and some common sense when it comes to food (we’ll give you a free food and exercise diary to help) is often the best balance.
